ATLANTA -- Fireworks are the pièce de résistance for any Independence Day celebration. Find out where you can see them in Cobb County this Fourth of July.

Celebrate July 4 on the Marietta Square
The fun in Marietta begins at 10 a.m. with a parade that marches from Roswell Street Baptist Church to the Marietta Square. Afterward, there will be concerts, arts and crafts, food, games and plenty more family fun, all culminating in a fireworks display that will begin at 9:30 p.m.

17th Annual Powder Springs Independence Day Celebration
Fireworks on the Town Square will begin at 9:45 p.m., but the celebration will start at 4 p.m. with live music, food and activities. Reserve a VIP table near all the action or bring your own chairs and blankets.

4th of July Concert and Fireworks, Acworth
The Love the Lake Summer Concert Series at Cauble Park will end with an all-day Independence Day celebration. Bring a non-perishable food item for a local food pantry and get ready to hear some great music. Fireworks will be shot over the lake beginning at 9:30 p.m.

July 4 at Six Flags Over Georgia
After a full day of Six Flags fun, stick around for a fireworks display at nightfall.
